SBDA provides a complete turnkey solution, including design, permits, materials, labor, and construction management. All home models are built using OGPE-certified plans, ensuring compliance with Puerto Rico's building regulations.
Kelly Model
The Kelly model features a contemporary façade. From the main entrance, you can see the patio exit, which features 12-foot ceilings, while the interior rooms have 9-foot ceilings. The house covers approximately 1,512 square feet and includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a laundry area, and a garage that can accommodate either one or two cars. Materials
The materials are high quality; the house is made of reinforced concrete, PVC kitchen cabinets, and main window frames with heavy material.
Current Project
The Ceiba town project comprises seven plots of over 600 square meters each. Our models are designed to consider our clients' needs to turn their homes into pleasant places to rest.
